Website delivery and hosting
The website runs on a KAS hosting account provided by ALL-INKL.COM. Technical connection information such as IP address, access time, requested file and browser information may be processed to deliver the website safely and prevent abuse (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). ALL-INKL describes a general server log retention period of up to seven days, which may be longer in security incidents.
Cookies and browser storage
Across the 235 HTML pages inspected, no third-party tracking, advertising or font resources and no JavaScript cookie access were detected. The currently disabled purchase flow contains temporary browser session storage for recovery; this is not used for advertising.
Contact by email or telephone
When you contact us, we process the information and message content you provide to respond to your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) or (f), depending on the context). Contact information is deleted when no longer needed, subject to statutory retention or legitimate evidentiary requirements.
No live customer checkout
Paid DATENCHECK orders, Stripe payment processing, identity document uploads and automatic forwarding to banks, KSV, CRIF or authorities are currently disabled. Prepared withdrawal and document recovery pages do not currently accept real customer data. Before commercial activation, this notice will be extended with the actual data flows, recipients, retention schedules and processor arrangements.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing under GDPR Arts. 15–21. Contact office@say-projekte.at. Complaints may be lodged with the Austrian Data Protection Authority at dsb.gv.at.
