S.A.Y. Immo GmbH is the contractual addressee for withdrawal notices relating to DATENCHECK. The online withdrawal function must be enabled and approved before paid services start.
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online contracts. Special conditions apply where digital content is delivered immediately.
Loss of the withdrawal right upon immediate supply of digital content requires specific conditions, including express agreement, acknowledgment and an appropriate contract confirmation on a durable medium. These controls are not yet approved.
No paid DATENCHECK contracts can currently be concluded. A withdrawal form and full consumer notices must be supplied before sales begin.
