Step by step: This is how you proceed

- Compare the status with Section 256 IO.
- Discuss the court application and required documents with an authorized advice center.
- Regardless, check the KSV and CRIF data.
What documents do you need?
Legally confirmed plan, payment receipts, court order and file number. Only send sensitive documents via a secure, official channel and only when actually necessary.
When should I act?

What can I do myself for free?
The statutory information and other rights of those affected can generally be exercised without DATA CHECK. The Austrian data protection authority offers samples that can be used free of charge. Private technical form preparation is only a voluntary additional service, not a prerequisite for exercising your rights.
According to the recommendation of the Austrian data protection authority, you should first request information and, if necessary, only then separately request correction or deletion. In principle, a request for information must be responded to within one month; a legally permissible extension is possible.
Frequent question
Can I have the viewing ended earlier after full payment?
Section 256 Paragraph 3 IO opens an application under certain conditions. The court decision and the documents are decisive.
